About me
Hi. I'm Sarah - a "practical creative" and someone who gets a kick from making businesses hum.
With a background in senior leadership and operations combined with project and product management, I bring a breadth of generalist capability to my clients.
I have worked across a range of organisations, from start ups and not for profits to multinationals, and government.
I pride myself at quickly being able to get to the "nub" of things. This means I can quickly help you identify, articulate and prioritise key operational projects to ensure you can deliver to your strategic goals.
I comfortably sit between strategy
and operations and I don't mind rolling up my sleeves and getting sh%t done, or working with your teams to help make sh%t happen!
I know I have done a great job when my clients grow, develop, and no longer need me.
When I am not working, you will find me scouting op-shops, exercising, camping with
my whānau, walking the dog, or on the sports sideline watching my boys.
